  • If you are interested in beekeeping, go attend a meeting of your local beekeepers. Usually they’ll let you attend once or twice for free and the dues are cheap if you decided to join. Kevin’s local beekeeping group is the Tri-County Beekeepers.
  • I think the only warning I have ever heard about honey is “Don’t feed honey to children under one year old.” I believe it’s because of a risk of infant botulism.
